Nutikas Infologistics OÜ complies with all applicable UN, European Union and Estonian international sanctions, export-control requirements and restrictions on strategic and dual-use goods. We assess each shipment by its actual substance, not merely by the description provided.
Using a risk-based approach, we screen clients, contracting parties, beneficial owners, carriers and other partners, as well as the cargo description and origin, customs code, origin and destination countries, route, end user, intended use, permits and supporting documents.
We do not arrange freight that breaches sanctions or export restrictions, involves prohibited goods or a listed person or entity, or creates a reasonable concern about circumvention, a false end user, concealed documentation or misleading routing.
The client must provide complete and accurate information about the cargo, origin, value, classification, destination, end user and intended use, and obtain all required permits. We may request additional documents or explanations.
We may pause quotation or transport arrangements, refuse a transaction or end cooperation where required information is missing, screening is inconclusive or a legal or reputational risk exists. Where required by law, we cooperate with the competent authorities.
We do not want our services to be used to support warfare, aggression, human-rights violations or harm to civilians. Our goal is transparent, lawful and responsible trade.
